I start this blog out by saying, the following articles are INCREDIBLY SMALL studies. There are less than 30 people in each study. This isn’t NEARLY enough to make a proper conclusion, but it’s a great way to show non biased, EVIDENCE BASED studies!
If you are interested in reading the abstract EVIDENCE on hormones in consuming your placenta, please read HERE.
If you are interested to read if the EVIDENCE shows if you are receiving any beneficial or harmful amounts of minerals/elements, read HERE.
If you’re interested to read if there is EVIDENCE comparing iron levels between bovine iron and maternal iron, read HERE.
All studies were published by PubMed. PubMed is a service of the US National Library of Medicine® that: Provides free access to MEDLINE®, the NLM® database of indexed citations and abstracts to medical, nursing, dental, veterinary, health care, and preclinical sciences journal articles. Includes additional selected life sciences journals not in MEDLINE. You can also see the VIDEO recap of all the studies put out by Rebecca Dekker of Evidence Based Birth.
