About the CMQCC California Maternal Quality Care Collaborative (CMQCC) toolkits are excellent resources not just for hospitals and physicians but for women and families who want to make informed birth decisions.  Their first Toolkit to Support Vaginal Birth and Reduce Primary Cesareans was instrumental in reducing maternal morbidity throughout California by 55% in only seven years.
